From bustling cities to remote hideaways, their travels took them to countless destinations, where they often found themselves staying in tiny homes and RVs. While these spaces offered a taste of freedom, they often left the couple longing for the comforts of a true home.
As they moved from one tiny space to another, Andres and Meagan began to dream of tiny homes that didn’t compromise on comfort — a place where you could cook a full meal in a real kitchen, enjoy a spacious bathroom, and relax in a living area that felt open and inviting. That dream became the foundation of Tiny Homes ATX.
Today, they’ve turned their vision into reality, creating modern, beautifully designed tiny homes that blend the freedom of tiny living with the comforts of a full-sized house. Where can I legally put one?
It depends on your county and whether the home is on wheels or on a foundation. We build both. Tell us where your land is and we will tell you what we know about that area before you put money down.
How much is delivery?
It is quoted by distance from Austin, and we deliver to all 48 states. Ask us for the number to your zip code — it is part of the written quote, never a surprise at the end.
Can I finance it?
Financing looks different for every buyer — it depends on the home, on your land, and on your situation. Call or text us and we will walk you through the options that actually apply to you, before you put any money down.
How long does it take to build?
A full custom home takes two to three months. If you do not want to wait, the models we already have finished can be delivered the next day — those are ready to go as they are.
What is included in the price?
The finished home: kitchen, bathroom, appliances, heating and air. Not included are delivery, land, and your utility connections — we help you arrange the last two.
What if something breaks?
Every home comes with a one-year warranty, and we are still the ones who answer the phone after that. We are in Austin; we are not going anywhere.
We don’t stop when the home is delivered.
