Choose one of our existing layouts and customize various features to make it your own. Here are some of the
elements you can modify:
Windows: Add or change windows to optimize natural light and views. Tile and Flooring: Select your preferred materials and styles for tile and flooring.
Paint Color: Customize both interior and exterior paint colors to match your aesthetic. Fixture Finishes: Choose from a variety of finishes for fixtures such as faucets and handles.
Bathroom Features: Opt for a different type of toilet or add a bathtub. Kitchen Cabinets: Change the style, color, or configuration of the kitchen cabinets.
If you’re interested in one of our already built tiny homes but want to make it feel more personalized, you can opt for smaller changes. This option allows you to:
Change Fixture Colors: Update the color of fixtures to better suit your style.
Update Kitchen Cabinet Doors: Swap out the existing cabinet doors for a new look.
Paint the Walls: Refresh the interior walls with a new coat of paint.
Exterior Painting: Change the exterior paint color for a fresh appearance.
The process begins when a client shows interest by calling us or touring our facility. This is an opportunity for the client to learn about our offerings and for us to understand their needs.
Once the client decides to move forward, they pay a $5,000 hold fee. This fee covers the costs for design, blueprints, and renders, and will be deducted from the final sale price.
The client meets with our designer to discuss customizations for their tiny home. Multiple meetings may be required to finalize the blueprints. The time taken in this phase impacts the overall project timeline.
Once the blueprints are finalized, we create renders if needed. A render is a detailed, computergenerated image that provides a realistic view of the final product. After approval of the blueprints and renders, the final price is presented to the client.
To commence construction, the client pays 50% of the total price. During this time, the client must prepare their land, ensuring a clear path, a level spot for the home, and ready water and electric hookups. Photos of the site should be sent for approval by our delivery driver.
Construction begins, during which the client receives regular updates through photos and Facetime calls. No design changes can be made after construction has started. Construction will typically take between 1 – 3 months.
Upon completion of construction, a final Facetime call is conducted to confirm the client’s satisfaction. Delivery is then scheduled, and the client must arrange for leveling and connections. The final 50% of the payment is due after the final approval Facetime call.
The tiny home is delivered, and the client receives the title and all necessary documents either with the home or via mail, according to their preference. Our delivery services are insured to ensure peace of mind.
We offer a one-year warranty on any structural damage to the tiny home, providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. This streamlined process ensures clarity and efficiency from initial interest to final delivery and beyond.
